We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions and materials are accurate. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Our products are made for personal use. You should follow the care instructions provided with each product.
- Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.
Prices shown at checkout are the total prices payable for the order, including applicable taxes calculated for the delivery destination where required.
We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping where available. The logistics provider handles customs clearance and pays applicable import duties and import taxes on our behalf. Customers should not normally pay additional import duties or taxes on delivery.
- Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- The delivery address is outside our service area;
- We identify an obvious pricing or product description error;

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery time is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary because of customs, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We currently sell and deliver to Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
